Catering Cost For Hor Dourves How Do I Calculate How Much Hor'dourves I Need For My Wedding Reception?

How do I calculate how much hor'dourves I need for my wedding reception? - catering cost for hor dourves

My friend and I have our wedding reception in the evening (in January) and serve only hor'dourves. Because cooking fruit, vegetables and cheese and crackers work a minimum of $ 8 per person, we thought we could get some of our friends who donate their time for the preparatory work that their gift to us. If we think we have about 300 people to buy as how much to eat and prepare to be calculated? We intend to have punch, fruit tray, vegetable tray with ranch dip and hummus, crackers and cheese, mini quiches, Chinese potstickers, mini spring rolls, and for now. This is certainly subject to change according to menu items and costs of the calls.

Hard to say exactly, but you can do a test with 10 friends. Place a platter of fruit and vegetables and cheese. See how you eat, then multiplied by the number of expected guests that you take. I would say 2-3 pieces per person are sufficient in each element would. Especially if you are with cake too!

best wishes .......................

EDIT: Looks like you use about 6 different objects or shelves, to be kept up 3 pieces per person. Other observations suggesting that even 9th The reason for this is that if you have a snack that has only 2-3 options to have. Enter a minimum of 6 and 2 hours and cake!

Sexually Transmitted Diseases and supplies you will say, 4 pieces of research ... but now that's all I say, they serve a minimum of 6-9 pieces per person for what they are looking for some parts would -1800-2700.

Edit .. I'm not saying that all the pieces of 6.9 .. another tank I mean all together .. ex .. offers 4 different subjects of Figure 6-9, each guest will distribute rooms on 4 plates.
