Do I need a micro SD Card for my Env2 if I want to use the USB cable? - sd storage card driver
Alrighty, so I bought the USB cable for my phone the other day, and do not come with the necessary drivers. I Got That Away Squared, now, if you select "USB Mass Storage" trying to connect my phone, and says: "This card is not inserted"
Can I assume that means you need a Micro SD card, or what?

Exactly - you have an internal drive (Micro SD) to read and write to disk from your phone.
It may or it may be because the phone is not in disk mode
In some phones you have in the menu and select disk before pluging in the PC go
Try the manufacturer's website for drivers and software?
