I want to leave my lease mainly because the tired BS my roommate. My contract is in August, but I would leave as soon as possible. Then I will begin a plan to rent a flat in June, What is the best way to get around this? I thought if I called my landlord and say that I am willing to work with him, and I'm not to concerned about my deposit. I will only leave this apartment.
